Reservations have started for the upcoming Restaurant Week Polska Festival, whose theme is Food Sounds Good.
Our Chef Marcin Curyło proposed two menus:
1 Vegetarian:

Green pea pancakes, feta cheese, zaatar, smoked salmon, sour cream - Main course:
Burbot fillet with romesco sauce, grilled vegetables, corn polenta, smoked pepper, parmesan cheese - Dessert:
Greek yogurt pudding, vanilla, caramelized plums, gingerbread caramel
2 MEAT:

Ricotta and broccoli dumplings, chorizo, tomatoes, and butter sauce - Main course:
Roast beef sousvide, portobello, gorgonzola, sage, pearl barley with roasted tomatoes, demi-galce sauce - Dessert:
