Food Sounds Good on a plate in Esterante!

Reservations have started for the upcoming Restaurant Week Polska Festival, whose theme is Food Sounds Good.
Our Chef Marcin Curyło proposed two menus:

1 Vegetarian:

Appetizer:
Green pea pancakes, feta cheese, zaatar, smoked salmon, sour cream
Main course:
Burbot fillet with romesco sauce, grilled vegetables, corn polenta, smoked pepper, parmesan cheese
Dessert:
Greek yogurt pudding, vanilla, caramelized plums, gingerbread caramel

2 MEAT:

Appetizer:
Ricotta and broccoli dumplings, chorizo, tomatoes, and butter sauce
Main course:
Roast beef sousvide, portobello, gorgonzola, sage, pearl barley with roasted tomatoes, demi-galce sauce
Dessert:
Greek yogurt pudding, vanilla, caramelized plums, gingerbread caramel
