Our Chef has developed a unique menu in a classic and veg version to satisfy the tastes of all guests.
What will we spoil your palate with?
MENU 1
Starter: Beetroot and lentil sprout patty, almond cottage cheese, phyllo pastry, raspberries
Main course: Lion's Mane steak au poivre, cognac, wild broccoli, black chickpeas
Dessert: Strawberry soybean, mango, Belgian chocolate 80%, chili
MENU 2
Starter: Beef sirloin tartare, pepper jam, mustard, mayonnaise with black garlic, shallots
Main course: Rabbit saddle, chorizo, Brussels sprouts, roasted corn sauce, potato
Dessert: raspberry sorbet - wild rose, kuzu glass, dark beer, Belgian chocolate 80%
