Footbridge Bernatka / The Lovers' Bridge

Near the Hotel Estera **** there is a place worth attention not only for those in love.

Of course, we are talking about the "Footbridge Bernatka", also known as the "Bridge of Love".

On its barriers, lovers fasten padlocks with their initials or important dates, and then throw the keys into the Vistula River to ensure an eternal and unbreakable feeling.

Built in 2010, the footbridge consists of two platforms (one for pedestrians and the other for cyclists), 130 m long each. Decorative, backlit arch 145 meters long makes an impression on walkers, especially after dark.

It is also worth paying attention to the sculptures by Jerzy Kędzior from the installation "Between water and heaven".
