The synagogue, located at 24 Szeroka Street, played the role of the central synagogue and the main religious center of the Krakow Jewish community since 1939. The synagogue, most likely built in the 15th century by Czech Jews, is now a branch of the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow. Within its walls, we can admire both the permanent part and the temporary thematic parts of the exhibition.
