Actions taken due to COVID-19 pandemic

Hotel status

We are pleased to announce that we are now an open Hotel, just starting its activities. Do not be afraid about making decision to make a reservation in our hotel we have implemented all the hygienic and technological rules. We also have a special antivirus and antibacterial system. If you want to cancel your booking, we will refund the costs already incurred in accordance with the cancellation policy, or we will advise you a different date.

Hotel security

In order to secure your stay, we have taken the following steps:

- Only accommodated Guests and Hotel Staff stay at the Hotel facility
- Our personnel has been prepared for the pandemic and is equipped with protective equipment and additional disinfectants
- Each room is properly disinfected, generally cleaned and aired before arrival
- In each room you can find antibacterial soap
- In public places and toilets you can find instructions on how to proceed in individual parts of the facility and containers with antibacterial gel
- For your safety, the common area has been confirmed for use
- Our Restaurant Staff is also making a room service
